WEST POINT

A major new 140,000 ft2 leisure, retail and residential development

West Point, St Helens, occupies a prominent corner location within the town centre, having a dual frontage to the main inner ring road dual carriageway, Link Way West and Westfield Street. The development will provide an extension to the existing town centre leisure scheme comprising Cine UK, Chicago Rock Café, Pizza Hut and Yates.

St Helens is located approximately 12 miles east of Liverpool, 10 miles northwest of Warrington and 23 miles west of Manchester. St Helens has good road communications, being within easy access of the M6, M62 and M57 motorways.

A new state of the art bowling unit, to be operated by Tenpin Bowling, providing 22 bowling lanes and a family entertainment centre to include American pool, ancillary bar and restaurant.
