Elliot Charles Holdings has recently sourced property for the in-house pension fund. We carried out a thorough market search and selected two properties, one in Wellington Somerset and one in Swaffham Norfolk. These properties were successfully bid on at auction and both purchases have now completed.
The selected properties provide a good mix of initial secure income which, with active management, can be enhanced further going forwards. The upper parts of the properties show potential for future development.
