Following Elliot Charles Group purchasing this site through a SPV called Leamington Central Ltd and arranging funding for this former food factory site, a start on site is imminent with Workbox (UK) Ltd as the chosen contractor. The initial demolition and site clearance has already been completed so construction will now be able to start on this production, warehouse and trade counter scheme comprising up to 6 units totalling 55,513 sq ft / 5,157 sq m.
