A 62 house investment portfolio was purchased and a programme to refurbish the houses and then sell on the open market commenced, with the final sales being completed 2 years after the purchase. Planning permission was also achieved for the development of an additional brownfield site to provide nine townhouses with car parking. Elliot Charles Group acted as development consultants.
