Grafton Street Retail Park was a 30,000 sq ft (2,790 sq m) mixed use development on a 4 acre site purchased from English Partnerships and incorporating retail, health, restaurant, nursery and residential uses. Occupiers included Majestic Wine Warehouse, Orthoworld Dental Surgery, Bright Horizons Nursery and Pizza Hut.
