Waterside Park was a 45,000 sq ft (4,180 sq m) building subdivided into 6 factory and warehouse units with Trade Counter showroom use on the road frontage. A redevelopment programme was undertaken with the finished units either let and sold to various local and national occupiers including Thrifty Car rentals.
