Winterhill House started with the purchase and then subsequent redevelopment of a 65,000 sq ft (6,038 sq ft) office building to provide two self-contained gym and health club facilities with car parking. A pre-let was agreed to national operator Pure Gym on 20,000 sq ft with the remaining 45,000 sq ft let to Xercise 4 Less.
