The Group has successfully acquired land from Government bodies including the former English Partnerships, now Homes & Communities Agency, and a number of Councils. It has established close working relationships with landowners across all sectors of the market and has been able to agree purchase terms to meet their specific objectives.
The Group has assembled a team of professional experts to obtain the best advice on all aspects of property development and investment programme from the planning and acquisition stages to construction and final completion of the project: the team includes architects, environmental consultants, planning consultants, quantity surveyors, engineers, project managers and property agents.
