Comprised the purchase of 76 luxury apartments within the prestigious City Lofts development located opposite the BBC Media City which has created 15,000 to 20,000 jobs including the relocation of BBC departments from London. Each apartment was already fitted out to a 5-star specification, so the apartments were given a light refurbishment and then sold off over a 2 year period.
