This new local centre development was built on a green site, and comprised eight shop units plus two residential apartment blocks. A total of 18 ground and first floor apartments were built in Stratton House and Saffron House. Lettings in the retail parade were concluded to the Co-op and other local retailers. An adjacent site was sold on to Busy Bees Daycare Nursery for development.
