Comprised the purchase of a mixed-use site with planning consent for 30,000 sq ft (2,800 sq m) of retail, office and health use plus residential consent for around 74 dwellings. The residential site was sold on to a national housebuilder. The commercial site was developed for retail and office use and sold or let to a mix of owner occupiers and investors.
