Elliot Charles Group in conjunction with First Properties have acquired Foxholes Business Park in Hertford. The estate is made up of predominantly self-contained two storey offices built in a traditional style and with ample on-site parking.
Elliot Charles saw an opportunity to refurbish some of the individual office suites and offer these for sale to existing tenants for owner occupation or to new companies seeking to relocate.
The existing tenanted office suites are also being offered for sale as investments, ideal for small property investors or for personal or company pensions fund purchasers.
Tony Inchbald, Managing Director of ECG commented: “When this opportunity came up we identified that there was a shortage of small office suites for sale in the area, so we purchased the Business Park with a view to refurbishing the vacant offices and upgrading and improving the external areas.”
Following only a few weeks of formal marketing, several office suites are already under offer. Others are currently being refurbished prior to being offered to the market.
